This form allows you to submit allegations of Fraud, Waste and Abuse in Howard County Government to the Howard County Auditor's Office. If you identify yourself on our website, we will protect your identity to the fullest extent permitted by law. However, if an investigation results in criminal prosecution, it is possible that the court may subpoena our records.

The County's whistle blower provisions of law protects employees against reprisal for the lawful disclosure of information which the employee reasonably believes evidences:

- a violation of law which prohibits bribery, theft or embezzlement;
- an unauthorized use of county funds; or,
- a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety.
